My experience has been very positive. I feel that I’ve learned a lot despite staying for such a short time, and I’m leaving with the feeling that there’s still so much more to discover, and hoping to come back someday.
The school offers many training options (Shaolin, Wing Chun, Sanda, Tai Chi). I recommend focusing on one or two styles at most, especially at the beginning. The training can be as demanding as you want it to be, whether you take things slower or push yourself harder is entirely up to you.
In addition to the regular classes, you have access to the training facilities at any time, which is great for practicing on your own whenever you feel like it.
Many students also organize their own training sessions, such as sparring, acrobatics, or strength workouts, and you can join them anytime.
Another great aspect is the chance to meet people from many different backgrounds, like climbers, dancers, or skydivers, who can inspire you to try new things and show you different ways to train.
The masters are always willing to help you as much as they can, you just need to ask.
Overall, my time here has been great, and I would highly recommend the experience to anyone interested in martial arts and looking to get started
