My time at the school has been enlightening and educational. My mantis master, Shifu Zhang, was very understanding and ergaged in teachig me the new forms and techniques that I am proud to have learned.

Though my time was short, I’m grateful to have taken in as much as I have and to have come out as mentally and physically strong as I had hoped.

Shifu’s enthusiasm and cheerful attitude helped me forget about the heat and tried body every time we were out in the sun. Overall, I thoroughly enjoy my stay here and I’m happy to have met the interesting and diverse people at school this year. I wish everyone all the best for the furture.
