When I came to the school I hardly knew anything about Kung Fu and wasn't sure what to expect. I quickly realized that it was going to be a month of hard work. Pushing my limits and dealing with pain. It's ben a challenged both mentally and physically and I can feel the difference even though I have only been here for one month.

Living and food is very simple. So don;t expect it to be luxurious and comfortable. You get used to the life here very quickly and for me it only make the whole experience more memorable.

The training is not easy in any way, but it is effective and a lot of fun once you get started. Having the privilege of being trained by my fantastic Shifu has been the best part. He is a great teacher who combines discipline and encouragement in his lessons. You will often find a smile on his face if you do something well and work hard, I cannot thank hin w\enough for his patience with me and al the great things he has taught me.

My advice for future students is to use the weekends for resting and be a bit prepared before arriving at the school. Start to stretch and do some exercise, It will make it easier. Once you get here it's pretty full on and your muscles will ake.

With that sadi, I hope to return some day for a longer period to be trained by my Shifu again. I would like to giver the translators a big thank you, they made my time in the school easier, and I shared some fun times with them.
